Alexander Lyon – Co-Founder & Director, Bourne Artists Management

 

As Co-Founder and Director of Bourne Artists Management, Alexander Lyon leads the agency’s artist management division, bringing years of experience working with some of the biggest names in the industry. A Guildhall School of Music & Drama graduate, Alexander has built an extensive network of performers and creatives, allowing him to provide exceptional opportunities for artists in musical theatre, live entertainment, and beyond.

 

With a background in assembling orchestras, bands, and choirs for major projects, Alexander has booked live orchestras to perform on worldwide arena tours with artists including McFly, Katherine Jenkins, and Ronan Keating, among others. He has also been responsible for securing A-list artists for private events at some of London’s most prestigious venues, such as Kensington Palace, Banqueting House, Hampton Court Palace, Tate Modern, The National Gallery, and The Gherkin.

 

His expertise extends to curating and booking talent for international productions, securing leading artists for major shows across the Middle East, Europe, and the U.S.. He has also worked with major record labels such as Universal Music Group, Sony Music, and Syco Entertainment, helping to break artists like Escala and Tokio Myers into the mainstream. His close relationships with music publishers like BMG, Wise Music, and Reservoir allow him to connect artists and producers with exciting opportunities in TV, sync licensing, and brand launches.

 

At Bourne Artists Management, Alexander’s passion lies in supporting and developing musical theatre performers, ensuring that every artist receives personalized guidance, career mentorship, and access to top industry opportunities. His deep understanding of the business—both onstage and behind the scenes—means that he can effectively advocate for his clients, matching them with the right roles, creative teams, and long-term career strategies.

 

Alexander was also nominated to provide all entertainment for the VIP hospitality events at the London Olympics 2012, as well as for Wimbledon Tennis, the Rugby World Cup 2015, and major international rugby fixtures at Twickenham, Wembley, and the Millennium Stadium. His ability to bring together top-tier talent for high-profile events and productions sets Bourne Artists Management apart as a company that truly understands both the creative and business aspects of the industry.

Steve Moss – Co-Founder & Director, Bourne Artists Management

 

As Co-Founder and Director of Bourne Artists Management, Steve Moss brings extensive experience as a Musical Director, giving him a unique insight into what performers need to succeed. Having worked across West End productions, international tours, and major theatre projects, Steve understands the demands of the industry both on and off stage.

 

His background in rehearsal rooms, audition panels, and live productions allows him to bridge the gap between representation and performance, ensuring artists receive tailored support, expert guidance, and opportunities that align with their strengths. Having worked closely with producers, directors, and creative teams, Steve knows what makes an exceptional performer and how to nurture long-term careers in musical theatre.

 

At Bourne Artists Management, Steve is committed to representing performers with care, integrity, and a deep understanding of their craft. His goal is to create a company that values, supports, and champions artists, ensuring they have the tools and opportunities to build fulfilling and sustainable careers in musical theatre.

Steve is a passionate and experienced Musical Director and Conductor, having worked extensively in London’s West End over the last 17 years, as well as touring round the UK and abroad. His commitment to excellence and creativity has made him a highly respected figure in the West End.

Steve was the Associate Musical Supervisor for the Les Miserables Royal Variety Performance at the Royal Albert Hall, London. (2025)

Steve was Musical Advisor for Cameron Mackintosh, overseeing the "Let the People Sing": Les Miserables 40th Anniversary UK project, which was produced at 11 different venues around the UK.

Steve was the Musical Director of Les Miserables (Dec 2023), at the Sondheim Theatre, London, having previously been Musical Director of the show between from 2019-2021,  and was Associate Musical Director at the Gielgud Theatre, for Les Misérables - The Staged Concert.

Before returning to the Sondheim Theatre, Steve was the Musical Director of Mary Poppins at the Prince Edward Theatre, 2021-2023. Musical Director of the Mary Poppins UK tour, Zurich & Dubai.
Steve was also Associate Musical Supervisor of Mary Poppins in Japan (2018).
